My ultimate goal has been to always serve my clients in any way that I can and to connect with my couples while photographing the beautifully imperfect moments. I like to take a documentary style approach by letting things happen naturally with a little bit of prompting. Along with capturing the obvious (you two and your love), I also really incorporate the small details, the landscape, and the emotions within your photos. Overall, I want you to love the experience in front of the camera as much as you love the final photos at the end of it - while giving you all the sentimental memories within your photos.

If you want flowers, a catered picnic on the beach, or a helicopter pilot, I got you. I'll give you a list of local vendors for the area you're getting married at.

I'll give you all the location ideas if you don't know where to get married or know what to do on your wedding day. I'll also research locations and permits to make sure we're good to go for your day.

I'll help plan every detail you need help with. Like how long a first look will last. Or how long a hike will take when you include time for photos. Or to make sure to have time for sunset portraits. I'll think of everything you want to include within your day and create a timeline to bring your wedding day to life.

I'm based out of San Diego, California. But I travel anywhere you want your photos taken at!
You can expect to receive 50-75 final hand-edited images per hour of coverage!
Nope! I don't send any un-edited or RAW files! Most of the magic happens during the editing process, so without that step your photos are only halfway done.
For weddings/elopements, I require a 50% deposit to hold your date. The remaining fee is due four weeks before your wedding or elopement. For sessions, I require a deposit to hold your date. The remaining fee is due one week before your session. Payment plans are available if needed as well!
To be considered officially booked, you must sign a contract and pay your deposit. Reach out to me on my contact form and I can send these over to you from there!
YES 100%! Most people feel that way in front of the camera, so firstly, know you're not alone! I shoot people by giving prompts in attempts of catching you more natural looking, rather than awkward posing, and simply directing you when needed. Just remember, it is MY job to make you look good! You just have to show up and be excited to capture these memories, and leave the rest up to me.
Let me know ASAP if you want to cancel or reschedule (at least 48 hours before your date), and I'll send you a form to fill out confirming this. I'm happy to reschedule with another date that works within my schedule!
I've had a camera in my hand since I was 8 years old. I've been a professional photographer since 2018.
Absolutely not! I do make a few small edits on things that are temporary (such as acne, rashes, bruises, people in the background, etc.), but I do not do any other changes since that does not properly reflect yourself and your season of life in those photos.
Unless it's dangerous conditions, the photoshoot is still on! Don't let a little bit of rain deter you from not getting some magical photos because it can still happen, I promise!! If it's dangerous out (i.e. thunderstorm, etc.), we can reschedule at no additional cost.
Once you book me, I'll send out an Outfit Guide with some tips and tricks, some inspo pics, & a Pinterest link. You can also send me pics of your options and I can help you out. Ultimately, wear something you're comfortable and confident in!
Occasionally I might offer a discount posted on my Instagram or Instagram story @emilymorganphotos_. This happens very rarely though.
For sessions, you'll get your photos back in 2-3 weeks.
For weddings and elopements, you'll get your photos back in 6-8 weeks
If you're wanting a destination wedding/elopement/session, I will research an estimated cost and send you a flat fee that will cover my hotel room, flights/gas money, and food that I will book myself.
When you book me, I can help offer ideas, research locations, give you timeline planning and vendor recommendations., but overall I do not book anything or anyone for your big day
